性騷擾防治宣導 Sexual harassment prevention and awareness campaign

一、 什麼是性騷擾？ (What is Sexual Harassment?)

校園性騷擾是指符合下列條件之一，且未達性侵害程度者：

Campus sexual harassment refers to any of the following behaviors that do not amount to sexual assault:

• 不受歡迎的言行： 以明示或暗示之方式，從事不受歡迎且具有性意味或性別歧視之言詞或行為，致影響他人的學習或工作機會、表現。

  • Unwelcome words or actions: Expressing unwelcome verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature or gender discrimination, explicitly or implicitly, thereby affecting another person's learning or work opportunities and performance.

• 敵意環境： 以性或性別有關之行為，作為自己或他人獲得、喪失或減損其學習或工作有關權益之條件。

  • Hostile environment: Using sex or gender-related behavior as a condition for oneself or others to gain, lose, or impair rights related to learning or work.

常見的校園性騷擾樣態 (Common Forms of Campus Sexual Harassment)

言語騷擾 (Verbal)

講黃色笑話、評論他人的身體特徵、過度探問隱私、帶有性暗示的調侃。

Telling dirty jokes, commenting on someone's body, prying into personal privacy, or making sexually suggestive remarks.

肢體騷擾 (Physical)

故意摟抱、勾肩搭背、觸碰不必要的身體部位、限制他人行動。

Deliberately hugging, putting arms around shoulders, touching unnecessary body parts, or restricting someone's movement.

視覺與行為 (Visual & Behavioral)

展示色情圖片或影像、過度緊盯或跟踪、傳送帶有性意味的訊息或貼圖。

Displaying pornographic images or videos, staring/stalking, or sending sexually suggestive messages/stickers.

二、 面對性騷擾，你可以怎麼做？ (What Can You Do?)

如果您在校園中遇到或目擊性騷擾，請記得以下原則：

If you experience or witness sexual harassment on campus, please remember these principles:

1. 明確拒絕 (Say No Clearly)：
   信任自己的直覺。如果感到不舒服，在安全的情況下，明確表達拒絕。
   Trust your instincts. If you feel uncomfortable, clearly express your refusal under safe conditions.

2. 記錄存證 (Keep Records)：
   記錄事件發生的時間、地點、過程、在場證人，並保留相關的對話截圖或錄音。
   Record the time, location, process, and witnesses of the incident, and save relevant screenshots or audio recordings.

3. 勇敢要求協助 (Seek Help Bravely)：
   你不需要獨自面對。請向學校師長、輔導室或性平會尋求協助。
   You don't have to face it alone. Seek help from teachers, the counseling office, or the Gender Equity Education Committee.
